Resources / Contacts

Import your resources spreadsheet or add entries manually. Columns: ID, Name, Type, Email, Phone, Phone 2, Street, City, State, Zip

Task Assignments

Assign resources to tasks. Import from Excel or add rows manually using the dropdowns. Expected import columns: Task ID, Resource ID, Allocation % (e.g. "Task - 102", "Res - 9", "100"). Tasks and Resources must be saved first before they appear in the dropdowns.

Budget

Import your budget spreadsheet. Expected columns: Item Name, # Units, $ Unit (Total auto-calculates). You can also add rows manually.

Task Dates — Supervisor

Edit Start and End dates for any task. Dependent tasks will automatically shift when you save a change.
